Ingredients:
Idiyappa maavu

How to make Idiyappam:
- Boil the water along with salt and oil for 5 minutes. Add little by little boiled water along with flour.
- Mix this with spoon till it become soft dough.
- Grease the idiyappa mould with sev plate. Take small portion of dough in the mould.
- Grease the idli plate and squeeze the dough in circular motion above that.

- Steam cook the idiyappam and serve with carrot, coconut, milk and sugar.
