Vegetable masala dhosa/vegetable masala dosa/indian breakfast

Ingredients:
Beans(chopped)
½ cup
Carrot(chopped)
½ cup
Onion(chopped)
½ cup
Green chilli
1
Pepper powder
As required
Salt
As required
Oil
4 table spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Curry leaves
Few
Mustard seed
¼ tea spoon

How to make vegetable masala dhosa:
  • In a pan using oil temper mustard seed, curry leaves, coriander leaves.
  • Salute the onion, beans, carrot, green chilli, pepper powder, salt.
  • In dhosa tawa prepare paper roast and roll it by keeping this masala into it.
  • Serve this with sambar or any kind of chatni.

Ingredients:

Potato

Onion (chopped)

Peas (boiled)
Few (optional)
Green chilli
2 or more
Ginger(crushed)
Few
Garlic(crushed)
5 pieces
Salt
As required
Pepper powder (optional)
A pinch
Garam masala powder
¼ tea spoon
Coriander leaves

Curry leaves

Mustard seed
¼ tea spoon
Oil
2 table spoon

How to make masala dhosa:
  • Cut the potato into pieces and cook it. Peel the skin and smash it well.
  • In a pan add oil and add the mustard seed. Sauté the onion, crushed ginger and garlic, boiled peas, curry leaves, Coriander leaves, green chilli, Garam masala powder, pepper powder and salt.
  • Now add the smashed potato in moderate flame and mix it well till the heat spread allover the potato. The masala is ready.
  • Now in dhosai tawa prepare the paper roast and roll the dhosa by keeping 2 table spoon of masala inside it. Masala dhosa is ready to serve.
  • You can serve it as such or you can serve with sambar or any kind of chatni.
