Ingredients:

Garam masala powder

½ tea spoon

How to prepare masala
idli:
- Cut the idli into small pieces and fry in the oil/ghee and keep aside.
- Saute the onion, tomato, grated carrot, ginger-garlic paste along with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Also add the chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder.
- Now add the idli and heat for a minute.
Tips:
- You can also add spicy lentil powder instead of chilli and salt.
