Ingredients:
Idli

Onion(sliced)
2
Tomato(sliced)
2
Carrot(grated)
1
Ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon
Chilli powder
As required
Garam masala powder
½ tea spoon
Salt
As required
Oil/ghee
4 table spoon
Curry leaves
Few
Coriander leaves
Few

How to prepare masala idli:
  • Cut the idli into small pieces and fry in the oil/ghee and keep aside.
  • Saute the onion, tomato, grated carrot, ginger-garlic paste along with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Also add the chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder.
  • Now add the idli and heat for a minute.

Tips:
  • You can also add spicy lentil powder instead of chilli and salt.
