Ingredients:
Bread

6 slices

Onion(sliced)
|
1 lager
|
Beans(chopped)
|
½ cup

Carrot(chopped)
|
½ cup

Ginger-garlic paste
|
1 teaspoon
|
Green chilli
|

Pepper powder
|
As required
|
Garam masala powder
|
½ tea spoon
|
Salt
|
As required
|
Oil/ghee
|
4 table spoon
|
Curry leaves
|
Few
|
Coriander leaves
|

How to prepare
vegetable bread pulao:
- Cut the bread into small pieces and fry it in 1 table spoon ghee/oil till light brown and set aside.
- In remaining oil/ghee and saute the onion, carrot, beans along with ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Also add the pepper powder, salt and garam masala powder.
- At last add the bread and heat for 3 minutes.
