6 slices
1 lager
½ cup
½ cup
Ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon
Green chilli
Pepper powder
As required
Garam masala powder
½ tea spoon
As required
4 table spoon
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

How to prepare vegetable bread pulao:
  • Cut the bread into small pieces and fry it in 1 table spoon ghee/oil till light brown and set aside.
  • In remaining oil/ghee and saute the onion, carrot, beans along with ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Also add the pepper powder, salt and garam masala powder.
  • At last add the bread and heat for 3 minutes.
